QTrack
QTrack is a comprehensive enterprise application design and project management methodology to deploy enabling technology to achieve the desired results of mission critical business processes. QTrack accomplishes this by iteratively and dynamically integrating the key elements of requirements definition, process redesign, software application development, clustered hardware platforms, and implementation to design and deploy information systems.
Through rapid process modeling, business processes are optimized to eliminate unnecessary tasks, and streamlined to include process steps necessary to achieve the desired results. Detailed data needs analysis ensures that the appropriate information necessary to accelerate the business process is captured, managed, and distributed to people when and where it is needed. In addition QTrack seeks to leverage organizations current investments by designing seamless interfaces with legacy systems. QTrack then focuses on using technology to speed the flow, and increase the availability and currency of relevant information through the business process.
No business process design is complete without effective measurement and feedback systems to capture and report performance information. QTrack designs feedback components that measure the performance of business systems by evaluating cycle times, data access frequencies, ease-of-use, and availability against desired results. This data is then used to re-evaluate system performance to remove bottlenecks and improve data management.
The end result is an optimal system design that ties existing legacy systems to new business applications that leverage the competitive advantages of organizations.
QFramework dramatically increase speed and quality of business solutions deployment at a fraction of the cost. Building upon off the shelf hardware, linking and leveraging that hardware, building applications and integrating legacy software very rapidly results in high performance, robust applications deployed in a fraction of the traditional time and cost. Integrating these tools into a methodology that can meet current needs and can grow, and doing all of this via a process that integrates requirements/applications with implementation provides dramatic potential to automate mission critical business functions.
