- Five Log records shown in the Queue for viewing by all users. Upon selection, the Memo Tab is visible by default.

- When saving a Log file, the user can select multiple regions to post the record.
- When posting to a Queue, a “Topic” is required and appears in the posted record.

- General message board for posting information to all users.

- “User Creation” information including author and date stamping.

- Posting options while saving to the Bulletin Board.
- Several Contacts can be assigned for each Office. Relevant phone number and comment information are shown on this tab.
- Offices are categorized by ”Types” and “Location”.
